This is my go-to snack for when I’m on the run… Or after a workout… Or even for dessert. Packed full of plant based protein and raw chocolate, these tasty balls will satisfy all cravings!

Admittedly, some children find cacao nibs too bitter (even when hidden in a yummy cookie) so use them sparingly or not at all. If taste is of utmost importance, Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate is one of the yummiest protein powders I’ve tried yet. And I’ve tried many.
This product is more of a ‘complete’ mix – balancing the carbohydrate / protein content and sweetened by natural sugars. It also contains ingredients like spirulina (which is a fantastic source of plant based iron), ancient grains and other whole food nutrients, which is reflected in the price. Whichever protein powder you choose, make sure it’s tasty and, most importantly, VEGAN! |
